Victor Vance wearing the Hood in GTA Vice City Stories.

The Hood is an unlockable outfit in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories for protagonist Victor Vance.

Description

The Hood is clearly fashioned as clothing for use in robberies, consisting of a ski mask to conceil the player character's face, a black jacket with a dark blue undershort, a pair of blue jeans, black gloves, and beige low-tops. Like other clothes in the game, changing into the outfit will remove up to a two star wanted level.

The outfit is added to the player's wardrobe after developing a High-roller Robbery empire site. However, Robbery empire sites are only normally accessible after Vice City Beach is unlocked after "From Zero to Hero", although they are supposed to be available for interaction after "To Victor, the Spoils".
