Hyman Condo is a condo owned by Tommy Vercetti, after he bought it for $14000 in GTA Vice City. This condo is located near Hyman Memorial Stadium, hence the name.
It has three garages and helipad where a Maverick helicopter spawns. If the Maverick helicopter is not present, the player then must leave and then come back another day. Sometimes, the helicopter may spawn at the helipad randomly. The player can store cars in three garages, but storing too many cars will cause the garage to take away some of his/her vehicles stored inside.
