I LUV LC is the opening mission for Grend Theft Auto:The Ballad Of Gay Tony. It opens during  a bank robbery   with a first-person perspective of Eugene Reaper talking to the protagonist, Luis. Reaper then jumps up and kills a robber    resulting in his death at the hands of [[Packie McReary| another robber]].
