Ian Scott McGregor
Ian Scott McGregor (born June 30, 1980 in Walnut Creek, California) is an American actor and voice actor who voices Cletus Ewing in Grand Theft Auto V. He has also starred in films such as The Lost Coast and The Brass Teapot.
