Igor is a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto IV. Igor is Kenny Petrovic's cousin, and, according to Petrovic, a simple person. He asks Petrovic to go out bowling with him, making Petrovic kind of annoyed. He then orders his goons to bring his friends to him in order for them to go themselves.
