Igor is a character in the GTA IV era. Igor is Konstantin Petrovic's cousin, and, according to Petrovic, a simple person. He asks Petrovic to go out bowling with him, making Petrovic kind of annoyed. He then orders his goons to bring him to the bowling alley.
