The Jagular XK is a car in Grand Theft Auto 2.

Description

The Jagular XK is designed as a two-door hardtop coupé that adopts a sporty yet retro design of a 1950s car. Given the car bears "XK120" as its internal name, the car is evidently based on the Jaguar XK120. The Jagular XK is related to earlier renditions of the "Jugular" and "Jug", in that they are all based on Jaguar cars in some manner.

In terms of performance, the Jagular XK lives up to its appearance by being above average in its road-going abilities, although it lags behind sports cars in the game. The car is capable of slightly above average top speeds and good acceleration, but is generally average in cornering and braking. When crushed, the Jagular XK gives the player an ElectroGun pickup.

Locations

The car exclusively appears in Industrial District, Anywhere City, spawning in traffic as well as the following parked locations:

  • At a parking lot in Tedium, north of the Tedium church.
  • On the northeast end of a parking lot in Gonad two blocks east from the Sennora police station.
  • At the parking lot in Sennora west of the Sennora police station.
  • On the northern end of the eastern surface level railway track in Pravda, on a trailer (triggers a Kill Frenzy upon entering).
