Javier Madrazo is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto V.

Character history

Javier Madrazo is, in 2013, the cousin of 'legitimate businessman' Martin Madrazo who the authorities correctly suspect is the leader of a Mexican-American drug cartel. Javier steals a number of documents about his cousin and planned to testify against him in an upcoming trial. While Javier is flying to a new location, leaving Los Santos with the documents, he is killed when his plane is destroyed by Michael De Santa using a rocket launcher from the Galileo Observatory/
