Jethro is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Jethro was voiced by John Zurhellen in both Vice City and San Andreas.

Jethro is a mechanic who can normally be found with his friend Dwaine. In 1986 Jethro, along with Dwaine, resides in Vice City and hang out at the Boatyard. When Tommy Vercetti buys the Boatyard it is presumed that Jethro, along with Dwaine, leave Vice City and head towards San Andreas.

By 1992 Jethro and Dwaine had made it to San Fierro, a city in San Andreas, and have become friends with The Truth whom they buy drugs (including marijuana) off of. Jethro had began working for a Xoomer Gas Station in San Fierro but is recruited by Carl Johnson to work at his garage as a mechanic.
