Jimmy is, in 2008, a resident of Liberty City. His car is stolen by Niko Bellic on orders from Vladimir Glebov. Niko can choose to kill him though Vladimir will lash out at Niko for doing so. If Niko spares him, Vladimir is grateful because "dead guys don't pay interest". It's possible he's a member of M.O.B
