Jobuilt is a heavy-duty truck company in GTA IV. It is based on real-life truck manufacturer Peterbilt; the Jobuilt logo resembles the Peterbuilt logo, and their Phantom is based on a Peterbilt design. The company name is presumably a pun on Peterbilt, maybe in form of "Built by Peter" changed to "Built by Jo", or alternatively, "Built for joy".
