Jock Cranley is former actor and Republican candidate for governor of San Andreas, appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Grand Theft Auto V.

He is a former Vinewood actor and stuntman and was featured in the 1985 film 18 Wheeler Deathrace. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, he radio advertisement on Wave 103 in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and on MeTV News on the Vice City Stories website. Cranley warns against the use of drugs and admits to having had problems with drugs in the past. He was arrested by the VCPD, although he was later released, claiming it was a stunt double committing the crimes. At the end of the advertisement he jumps, unsecured, off a skyscraper.

In Grand Theft Auto V he is a conservative candidate for the gubernatorial race in San Andreas. His rival is Sue Murry. He claims to hate immigrants and the crippled and says that he cannot stand "unions, cops and old ladies".
