Julio is a character in Grand Theft Auto 1 who is an associate of El Burro in San Andreas. Julio informs Burro of some buses being used to smuggle people across the border, with Burro having the protagonist destroy them. The protagonist later takes some money to Julio, Monolito, Paulo and Ricardo as payment for the information.
