K.A.C.C.
K.A.C.C. Military Fuels is a military aviation fuel depot in north of Las Venturas, San Andreas. CJ stole a Leviathan from the depot as part of the Caligula casino heist in the mission Up, Up and Away. The depot is innaccessible to civilians, but the K.A.C.C will open its gates for the Patriot, Rhino and Barracks OL, or player can use jetpack, helicopter or Packer (as a ramp).
There is nobody inside the base, but the player rarely may receive one wanted level star if jumps over the gate. To get out the depot use Cargobob or any car from parking lot inside (gate will open from within). The name may be a pun on the word "kack", which essentially means "crap". K.A.C.C. is sponsor for Las Venturas Bandits baseball team, their advertisements can be seen on Las Venturas Bandits Stadium.
