LSPD in GTA III Era

The Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) is a branch of the San Andreas Police Department. They are modeled after the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), and are a prominent part of the storyline in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The department's headquarters sit adjacent to City Hall in the Pershing Square district of Los Santos, San Andreas. This is where the player re-spawns after being arrested anywhere within Los Santos city limits.

The LSPD houses a branch known as C.R.A.S.H. (Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums, based on a real-life anti-gang branch of the LAPD), of which officers Frank Tenpenny, Eddie Pulaski, and Jimmy Hernandez are members. Tenpenny and Pulaski also represent the main antagonistic element throughout the game's entire storyline, and use their authority as LSPD officers to achieve their sinister ends.

There is also another Central of Los Santos police Department, is located in Dillimore, Red County. It's a smaller than the LSPD located in Pershing Square. If you get Busted! or Wasted! in the red county you appear in the LSPD of Pershing Square, This means that the LSPD in the Red County is uncharged of the all smalls towns in the Red County, Besides the LSPD is uncharged of the all city of Los Santos.
