Land, Sea and Air Race is a side-mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories activated by a Sanchez parked besides the lighthouse in Ocean Beach, Vice City. Once the mission starts, the player goes through all the checkpoints near the beach and after jumping on a ramp, switches to a Jetski and repeating the same. When reaching Leaf Links, the player jumps over a ramp with grass and switches again, this time to a Sea Sparrow. In the helicopter, the player flies through all the checkpoints and must beat the record of at least 4:30 minutes.
