Lefty

Lefty is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2 who works for the Yutes gang in Anywhere City. Lefty, however, is selling secrets to anyone who will pay him money. Claude Speed, on orders from Trey Welsh (leader of The Zaibatsu Corporation in the Downtown Sector), pays him a visit to find out where the leader of the Yutes is.
