He is a known associate of Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips and Franklin Clinton. He is a black-hat computer hacker and assists the protagonists in planning their heists. Lester is physically disabled, as he is seen either walking with a cane or in a wheelchair; presumably, Lester was more involved in past heists with Michael and Trevor before an accident rendered him disabled.
