Liberty City Community College is a college based in Rockford, Staunton Island, Liberty City, and is run by Dean Smegley. [1] Eric Ershwitz is also employed by the college as the Professor for Contemporary Crime.[2] The college was named worst in the United States, resulting in the appointment of Smegley as the Dean of the college.The college, under Smegley, is abandoning the old methods of evaluating and old subjects, replacing them with diplomas for subjects such as street clean and grading students on how bad they look. Using these figures, the college would move to 34th in the league tables.[3]
