The Liberty City Memorial Stadium, also known as the Bush Stadium, is a soccer stadium transformed to become a football stadium in 2001. (Thus the eye-catching scaffolding found in the entrance of the stadium on Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, which is set by 1998, prior to the happenings of GTA III, which is set in 2001.
