If the player scrolls all the way to the bottom of the page and clicks on the small padlock icon, they can access a secret police database, listing dozens of characters from the game and their police records. A humorous detail about the site is that the LCPD haven't actually restricted the database to authorised people (with a password), but instead have a warning at the top of the page that it may only be used by the LCPD.
