A bug in the game can leave the clothes pickup inaccessible in the window, rather than in the doorway. To avoid it, start the Two Bit Hit mission only after completing the missions No Escape? and Cop Land. There is a modification for the PC version which works around the bug. The bug is not present in the iOS and Android versions of the game.
