The Little Willie is a mini helicopter available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It has working machine guns that fire when the circle button is held down. You are able to buy one for $5000 on the top balcony of The Clymenus Suite safehouse located in the eastern Vice City. If you don't want to spend any money, a Little Wilie can also be found in the scrap yard on the western shore/docks of the western island of Vice City.
