A Little Willie.

The Little Willie is a mini gyrocopter available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It has working machine guns that fire Uzi bullets when used.

It's name is a reference to the famous gyrocopter "Little Nelly" used by Sean Connery's 007 in the film, "You Only Live Twice." It is also a reference to the world's first tank, also named Little Willie in 1915.

Locations

On the helipad on top of The Clymenus Suite for $5,000 after completing "From Zero to Hero".
On the southern part of the junkyard in Little Haiti.
