When you visit the site you will find a warning message from LCPD saying that your IP address has been logged and "WE SEE ALL, WE KNOW ALL" and upon leaving the internet cafe or exiting the browser you will automatically get a five star wanted level. It is a sting site set up by the LCPD and it is spoken of on Weazel News.
