Luis is a Dominican street gangster who works as personal bodyguard for Anthony Prince, the night club entrepenuer. Luis appears during GTA IV 3 times. The first time was when he visited the bank of Liberty Branch in Algonquin during the bank robbery pulled off by the Mcreary brothers & Niko Bellic. The second time, he shot up a diamond deal that took place between Niko & the Jewish mob & the third time at the diamond/Gracie Ancelotti exchange with Tony Prince. Luis has made Tont connected with the Dominicans & Tony often uses them as henchmen & doormen for his nightclubs.
