Hosted by DJ Timecode and MC Codebreaker, MSX FM is a radio station in which Drum and Bass music is played. It is heard in most Southside Hoods gang cars in Grand Theft Auto III. The music is very fast and the lyrics are often hard to understand. Compared to Lips 106 and Head Radio (which are pop stations), this music is considered to be "hardcore".

The numbers in brackets are the year the song was released.

MSX 98

In Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories MSX FM returns with all tracks once again taken from British Drum and Bass pioneers Moving Shadow records, but this time as MSX 98. It is still hosted by DJ Timecode and MC Codebreaker. There are many references to the artists under the Moving Shadow record label by the host. MSX 98 is usually played when the player steals a PCJ-600 or a Yakuza gang car. The station loses its "98" surfix by 2001.
