Maibatzu Plaza

The Maibatzu Plaza is a plaza owned by the Maibatsu Corporation. The plaza is in Cottonmouth, Florida.

The plaza includes the Project Office Skyscraper, a Majestic Hotel, and another building under construction by J.E.C. and Sons Construction.

Trivia

  • The plaza has several posters of movies in the Grand Theft Auto series, (specifically Liberty City Stories) such as Silent Death, a movie starring one of Carl Johnson's girlfriend Barbara Schternvart.
  • Curiously, the name of the Plaza is spelt differently then the actual company, replacing the "s" with a "z". It is unknown if the company did this purposely or if it was just over looked by developers.
