Brief
Cortez has a deal to close, Pierre La Ponce, a french courier has valuable technology for him and he wants Tommy to retrieve it from the Washington Mall.
The Mission
Tommy goes to the Washington Mall in Washington Beach. There the courier is waiting in the second floor. As expected, the deal goes wrong, since the French SWAT followed Tommy here and doesn't want to give up their missile technology. The courier makes a run for it and Tommy chases him. The courier gets onboard a PCJ 600 and attempts to escape, but Tommy chases, catches and kills the courier, then takes the chips. There Tommy gets three wanted stars. He arrives at Cortez's yacht and delivers the chips.
