Manana
The manana is a very small car with little power or handling characteristics.
So far its been in GTA3 San Andreas and Vice City and hasnt changed in appearance much except for perhaps looking even worse in Vice City.

Its highlight is probably when it's used it in "Dead Skunk in the Trunk" when Claude takes the dead Mike 'Lips' Forelli to a car crusher, while being chased by the irate Forelli brother's in noticably more powerful vehicles.
