Marki Ashvilli

Marki Ashvilli was a businessman who owned the Liberty City hockey team, Liberty City Rampage and would not sell the team to Ray Bulgarin, who enlisted Luis Lopez' help in The Ballad of Gay Tony to infiltrate the MeTV building and kill Marki, before parachuting out of his office window to safety. His name implies he may be Georgian, as "villi" is a common occurrence in Georgian names.
