Marty Chonks is the corrupt owner of the Bitchin' Dog Food factory in Trenton, Portland, Liberty City,next to Joey's Grage. He has many grievances with various people, which he takes care of by turning then into dog food. How the business survives is unknown, as dogs are banned in Liberty City.
In October 2001 he employs [[Claude]] and attempts to solve his problems by murdering those causing the problems. He first has Claude [[The Crook|drive his bank manager]] from the [[Bank of Liberty|bank]] in [[Chinatown, Portland|Chinatown]] to the factory, where he is killed and turned into dog food. [[The Thieves|Two thieves]], who had broken into his apartment so he could claim on the insurance, follow after they had threatened to tell the insurance company.


Marty Chonks eventually employs [[Claude]] (the [[protagonist]] and player character of Grand Theft Auto III) to transpot various people to his factory, and then destroy any evidence in the car.His missions are activated by phone at the factory and they are available from 09:00 to 19:00.
He next has Claude bring his [[Mrs. Chonks|wife]] from [[Classic Nails]], where she is also killed, making Chonks a serial killer. Chonks then asks Claude to pick up [[Carlos]], his wifes boyfriend who he also owes money to. Chonks confronts him inside the factory grounds but is killed by Carlos, tired of waiting for his money, who shoots him with a [[Shotgun|shotgun]] and claims to be the new owner of the factory although he can be killed by Claude.

Love Media claim on their website that they own the business, although Chonks has monetary problems caused by the factory, suggesting that he is the owner. Chonks continues to suffer from the city wide ban on dogs, which is upheld in October 2001, causing him money problems that are compounded by his wifes expensive lifestyle.
