Master B8tr is a credit card company in GTA IV and GTA San Andreas. It rivals FLEECA and Shark. It's name and logo are based off of Master Card. The Logo can also be seen on page 13 of the San Andreas manual and on the ATMs in the mission Small Town Bank. The name is phrased off "Masturbator."
