Mercedes Cortez is a character of the Grand Theft Auto series, who appears in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Mercedes Cortez is Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez's daughter, who is known for being promiscuous. Fairuza Balk voiced Mercedes Cortez in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
