Midtown Algonquin is the central region of Algonquin in Liberty City. It is bounded by Quartz Street to the north, and Garnet Street to the south. Within this region, there are ten individual districts:
- Colony Island
- Easton
- Hatton Gardens
- Lancet
- Middle Park
- The Meat Quarter
- Presidents City
- Purgatory
- Star Junction
- The Triangle
- Westminster
