Mike is a member of the Vercetti Gang and is sent by Lance Vance to blow up the Tarbrush Café during mission Cop Land, however the bomb failed to detonate. Tommy and Lance then go to finish the job. A man who looks exactly like Mike also accompanied Tommy to extract protection money from the Front Page Café and take out a group of men from the Patrol Invest Group during mission Bar Brawl.
