The Mod Scooter is a vehicle available in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.
Description
The Mod Scooter is an evident replica of the iconic Piaggio Vespa scooter, effectively the first scooter to be featured in the series. The name of the scooter is a nod to the mod subculture that existed in London during the 1950s and 1960s and adopted Vespa scooters as a popular mod of transport.
As a motorbike, the Mod Scooter's weight is only half that of a standard car. Being a low-powered vehicle, however, the Mod Scooter's performance is not even comparable to that of the game's Bike, and is effectively the slowest vehicle in both games, even more so than the Wheelchair; even its speed in reverse is the slowest. It also lags behind in terms of other traits, featuring poor brakes, grip and handling. It also possess a very low base export value of £100 in mint condition.
