Mission
Carl arrives at the airstrip. While he is there waiting calling out for Toreno, he sneaks up behind him, effectively getting Carl in a choke hold. After Toreno lets Carl go and tells him to "wake up and smell the coffee", he explains that his agents are in trouble and they need a package delivered to them; if they don't get it by nightfall, they will all be dead. Carl, after a little reluctance and confusion as to things, proceeds to the task.
Carl pays a visit to Woozie, after being invited by him to this new place. Woozie explains to him the problems he's having about the casino business. Apparently, either one of the three mafia families in the city - the Leone Family, the Forelli Family and the Sindacco Family - are causing the trouble for him. He would do anything to keep them away. Woozie then offers a deal to Carl; in exchange for some help with this casino business, Woozie would offer Carl a share of the casino. Carl gladly agrees.

Carl gets in a Rustler with the payload attached to the fuselage of the plane. Carl takes off, with Toreno reminding Carl stay under the radar so that he would not be spotted. He does so, and eventually arrives at Angel Pine, halfway across the state, to drop off the package. He releases the contraband, and makes his way back to Verdant Meadows, again while flying below the radar. Carl arrives at the airstrip, with Toreno congratulating him for a job well done.
A little later, a Triad comes in, saying that some thugs have been interrupting things, and that one of the thugs was caught. Woozie orders him to get rid of the thug, but Carl has a better idea. He orders the Triad to tie him up on the windshield of a Feltzer, and he would deal with this a little later.

Soon enough, Carl goes to the garage and finds the thug already tied up to the windshield of the vehicle. Carl exits the garage and drives frantically around town in order scare the thug to reveal which family he belongs to. The thug eventually reveals he is from the Sindacco Family, and Carl says that's all he wanted to hear. He then goes back to the casino.

Woozie: Idiot! Do you realize how much those machines cost? We're supposed to be opening in - (a crash sound is heard as a piece of wood is ripped off the floor) What the fuck was that? (to the phone again) Hello? HELLO? (hangs up and goes to the workers in disgust) What the fuck is wrong with you people?

Guppy: Boss, CJ's here.

Toreno: Got you again, Carl. You're half asleep. I could have killed you in 9 different ways. (pushes him away to release him) Wake up and smell the coffee.
Woozie: (as Carl enters) Carl, glad you could make it.

CJ: You need to lay off the coffee.
CJ: So this is what you've been doing.

Toreno: We got a problem. I got some guys out in the field need some equipment. If they don't get it, they'll be dead by nightfall.
Woozie: Yeah, it's been a complete nightmare. You want a stomach ulcer, try opening a Triad casino in a Mafia-run town!

CJ: Then take it to them. (tries to leave)
CJ: The Mob trying to squeeze you?

Toreno: (grabs Carl by the wrist) Me take it to them?
Woozie: Yeah - the corporations are moving in and everybody's feeling the squeeze. I've got slot machines busted up, workmen being scared off...

CJ: Yeah, why not?
CJ: So who's behind this?

Toreno: I got five guys watching me all the time. Two in that hill. One over there and two by satellite. If I go my guys and I will be dead. I don't have a death wish. I'm a man of peace, son.
Woozie: Well, there are these three mob families operating here, and each of them has a stake in Caligula's Casino, and some wacked-out lawyer's running it for them. It could be any one of them, or all of 'em.

CJ: Yeah, clearly.
CJ: Can't you just give them a little something?

Toreno: (as he and Carl start walking towards a Rustler) Take the plane. You're not ready yet so stay low under the radar. Questions?
Wu Zi Mu: No. In addition to the usual authorities that need bribing, each one would want a slice, and I'm not about to hand over all of our profits to some wiseguy Italians!

CJ: Yeah, just one thing...
CJ: Our profit?

Toreno: (tries to leave) Get to it.
Woozie: That's right, you heard me. I want to offer you a share in our casino in exchange for some help setting it up. How does that sound, partner?

CJ: Wait. Hey. Listen! (Toreno stops) Listen to me for once. Why won't these guys come after me?
CJ: Sounds like we got a deal then!

Toreno: Oh, they can't because they're all posted on me. One DEA. One FBI. A Russian, a Cuban double agent and my paymasters. Checks and balances. Nobody is watching anybody watching nobody. You know what I mean? Go.
(They have a "cheers" moment just when a Triad member arrives, panting.)

CJ: Whatever, man.
Triad: Boss! The boys found some thugs trying to smash one of the deliveries. We caught one of them!

(Carl hops into the Rustler, beginning the journey.)
Woozie: Get rid of him. (the Triad member rushes)

Toreno: Carl, you gotta stay nice and low on your approach or you'll pop up on the radar. Use the canyon as cover.
CJ: (stops the Triad member) Hey, wait - hold up, hold up, come here. Whoever's behind this, we need to let them know that they're dealing with fully-fledged psychos. Tie him to the front of the car, let him sweat it out a little, and I'll be out there in a little while. (to Woozie as the Triad member leaves) See if we can make this guy squeal.

CJ: You sure this thing is safe, I can see daylight through the floor?
Woozie: That's my Carl!

Toreno: Hey that thing you look like an enthusiast. The US Air Force is less likely to shoot you down.
(Across the Four Dragon's Casino garage, a Feltzer has the thug tied to the front of the car. Just as Carl arrives, the thug starts losing control.)

CJ: Cool. What's the problem then?
Johnny: Hey, hey, who the fuck - who are you? Untie me, huh?

Toreno: I said less likely. If you did as many amphetamines as these guys do, you'd be lucky not to shoot anything that moves.
CJ: You know what? I think were gonna take a little drive.

CJ: Aw, shit.
Johnny: What are you, fucking stupid? I'm not joking here - untie me, motherfucker.

Toreno: Hey, just stay low and you'll be fine. (if Carl flies over the radar) Get below the radar! (if Carl continues to fly high) Nap of the earth, Carl. Nap of the earth. (if Carl gets spotted while flying above the radar) Shit, you've been spotted! (Carl manages to return to the airstrip safely) Nice going, Carl. Really, you did good, kid!
CJ: No, I think I'm gonna leave you right where you are.

Trivia
Trivia
The name N.O.E. by itself stands for Nap of the Earth. This is why Toreno suggests a low-altitude, under-the-radar flight.
*Avoid the Julius Thruway at all costs. Garnering police attention before the scare-o-meter is filled up would increase the difficulty level of the mission significantly, resulting in 80% chances of mission failure.
*Carl does not know Johnny by name in the mission, making it peculiar thereby as to how he stood to recognize him during a later task to pull him out of the city hospital.
*The airport runway is the most suitable place to drive recklessly. Doing so will cause the scare-o-meter to fill up fastest.

Fender Ketchup is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to protagonist Carl "CJ" Johnson by blind Chinese-American San Fierro Triads leader Wu Zi "Woozie" Mu from his managerial suite office at The Four Dragons Casino, a casino located along The Strip in Las Venturas, San Andreas.

Mission

Carl pays a visit to Woozie, after being invited by him to this new place. Woozie explains to him the problems he's having about the casino business. Apparently, either one of the three mafia families in the city - the Leone Family, the Forelli Family and the Sindacco Family - are causing the trouble for him. He would do anything to keep them away. Woozie then offers a deal to Carl; in exchange for some help with this casino business, Woozie would offer Carl a share of the casino. Carl gladly agrees.

Script

(Woozie is on the phone discussing business with a dealer.)

Woozie: (as Carl enters) Carl, glad you could make it.

CJ: So this is what you've been doing.

Woozie: Yeah, it's been a complete nightmare. You want a stomach ulcer, try opening a Triad casino in a Mafia-run town!

CJ: Can't you just give them a little something?

Wu Zi Mu: No. In addition to the usual authorities that need bribing, each one would want a slice, and I'm not about to hand over all of our profits to some wiseguy Italians!

CJ: Our profit?

Woozie: That's right, you heard me. I want to offer you a share in our casino in exchange for some help setting it up. How does that sound, partner?

CJ: Sounds like we got a deal then!

(They have a "cheers" moment just when a Triad member arrives, panting.)

Triad: Boss! The boys found some thugs trying to smash one of the deliveries. We caught one of them!

Woozie: Get rid of him. (the Triad member rushes)

Woozie: That's my Carl!

(Across the Four Dragon's Casino garage, a Feltzer has the thug tied to the front of the car. Just as Carl arrives, the thug starts losing control.)

Johnny: Hey, hey, who the fuck - who are you? Untie me, huh?

CJ: You know what? I think were gonna take a little drive.

Johnny: What are you, fucking stupid? I'm not joking here - untie me, motherfucker.

CJ: No, I think I'm gonna leave you right where you are.

(Outside the garage, Carl starts driving insanely.)

Johnny: You got any idea in that pea brain head of yours who the fuck I am?

CJ: No, but I think I'm going to find out.

(After scaring the thug enough, Carl succeeds as the thug opens his mouth.)

Johnny: My family will make you pay for this!

CJ: Which family?

Johnny: The Sindacco family, you idiot!

CJ: That's all I wanted to hear.

Johnny: What the-? Oh shit...

(Carl returns to the casino garage, and surrenders the Feltzer to a Triad member.)

Reward

The rewards for this mission are $5,000 and an increase in respect. The mission Explosive Situation is unlocked.
