Mr. Santo
Mr. Santo is a loan shark in Liberty City and lends a loan to Luis' mother, which she struggles to pay off. The debt is paid off when he takes Luis back to cage fighting and makes him take the fall after defeating two combatants. If Luis doesn't take a dive, however, he will come at Luis with a knife, forcing Luis to kill him.
If Luis didn't kill him during the mission, he will appear in Adriana Lopez's life again, helping her with shopping. In a call with Luis, he unsuccessfully asks her not to talk with Santo anymore.
Santo is voiced by Nelson Vasquez.
