Mr. Whittaker is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (set in 1992). He is the manager of the RS Haul depot in Flint County. Mr. Whittaker does have a speaking role although the voice actor is not credited.
Character history
Mr. Whittaker, at an unknown point in time, became the manager of the RS Haul depot in Flint County and becomes involved in the criminal underworld of San Andreas, becoming an associate of Catalina. Catalina and her new boyfriend Carl Johnson later steals a Tanker full of petrol and deliver it to Mr. Whittaker. Whittaker later hires Johnson on several occasions to deliver illegal cargo across the state, with either time or damage restrictions, or while evading the San Andreas Police Department. Johnson is later rewarded for his troubles, with the RS Haul depot becoming one of his assets.
