Newport/Fort Staunton Expressway

The Newport/Fort Staunton Expressway is an overpass expressway connecting northeast Newport, close to Torrington, to southern Fort Staunton, on Staunton Island, Liberty City. The expressway appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The expressway is composed of four lanes, two on each side. There is no footpath on the bridge.
Travel
There are several entrances to the expressway:
- Fort Staunton entrance: The road to Newport, running south, is located near the coast and is located near another highway, which the expressway passes over. The Lips 106 Headquarters is located to the right hand side of the entrance.
- Newport to Fort Staunton: The road to Fort Staunton, running north, is located adjacent to City Hall and near the Rise FM Headquarters. The entrance is easily accessible from Torrington.
