- When you complete Phil's mission 'Boomshine Saigon' you will get three barrels of boomshine in the room.
- Claude, the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto III, appears on a poster in the room.
- When you have completed the mission The Job, at the apartment there is a hockey mask on the coffee table and a bag full of money on the bed.
- On the coffee table there are magazines with pictures of Lance Vance and Ricardo Diaz on them.
- When have completed the mission The Shootist you will get a trophy on top of the television in the apartment.
- When you have collected all hidden packages, there is an opened hidden package on the table of the apartment.

- Inside the hotel the chours of the song "La Vida Es Una Lenteja" by Unaesta constantly plays (this song is also heared on the radio station Espantoso.)
