Officer Butts

Officer Butts is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Officer Butts is a member of the Vice City Police Department and drives a VCPD Cheetah. He is a resident of Vice City during 1984.

Trivia

Officer Butts is a parody of Ricardo Tubbs (reversing the name somewhat), one of the two main characters in Miami Vice, a show said to have been an influence on GTA Vice City Stories.
