This mission is the final one given to you by Pegorino. It's not techinally a mission just a cutscene. In the cutscene Niko meets up with Pegorino after killing or sparing Darko. Pegorino says that he's making a deal with Dimitri and needs Niko's help. He says he won't do it, after that cutscene he calls Roman and Kate and ask them what they feel.
