This is the final mission of the "Revenge" ending of the storyline. It is triggered after Mr and Mrs Bellic. It's triggered by a call from Little Jacob. In this mission Niko seeks revenge against Kate's Death. Niko chases Pegorino's goons to an abandoned casino, then enters a massive fire fight. After all enemies are killed, Niko chases Pegorino out of the building. Eventually, Pegorino gets in a boat and Niko on a Sanchez. Niko gets picked up Little Jacob, who is in an Anihalator, in the air. Niko and Pegorino both crash on Happiness Island, and Niko proceeds to kill Pegorino. Credits roll. Part One - Car Chase
Meet Jacob and Roman in Alderney City. They've been tailing some of Pegorino's goons. He's desperate so his men will be heading to him. Chase the goons on the expressway across Alderney. Eventually you'll be lead to an abandoned casino on the north coast.
Part Two - Shootout
Arriving at the casino, Pegorino's men will open fire while Niko, Jacob, and Roman duck behind the car. Niko will send Jacob off to protect Roman. Fight your way into the casino (be warned: your car will likely have been damaged and may explode from the gun fire). In the casino, you'll find Pegorino on a stairway. Chase him to the roof and down to the waterfront.
Part Three - Boat Chase
Pegorino will get on a boat and sail off. Rather than head north to escape, he'll stay close to the shoreline. Mount a motorcycle on the dock and follow him on the coast. Eventually Roman and Jacob will appear in an Annihilator Helicopter. When indicated, speed up towards a ramp and watch the cinematic of Niko catching onto the helicopter.
Part Four - Endgame
Press a or x (for the xbox and PS3 respectively) repeatedly to have Niko climb into the helicopter and chase Pegorino's boat. He'll grab and RPG and fire at the helicopter, which will then crash into Happiness Island. His boat will also crash into the island. Corner him and finish him off. Roman will then get a call from Mallorie, who announces she's pregnant. If it's a girl, Roman tell Niko he'll name her "Kate".
