Outrider is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given by the Loco Syndicate to protagonist Carl Johnson from the Doherty Garage in Doherty, San Fierro.
Plot
In this mission, Jizzy B. phones CJ and tells him to get to a car in the Xoomer gas station at Easter Basin. CJ drives to the car and sees that nobody is there.
