Asuka's fourth mission for Claude involves the payment of a friend of hers, a corrupt police officer by the name of Ray. Ray is "understandably cautious" in his work, and makes Claude travel across the city to 4 different payphones before simply telling him to meet him in the men's bathroom in Belleville Park. There is a time limit of 3:30 for this mission, making it difficult to successfully complete for those who aren't very good at driving. The reward for this mission is $11,000 and a new line of missions from Ray himself.

Because of the contact's caution, he insists on secrecy, so Claude must drive to several payphones in sequence, to listen to anonymous recorded messages telling him where to go next.
-The mission has a time limit of 3:30, which begins as soon as the initial [[cut scene]] ends, and lasts until you pick up the fourth phone call, when the contact tells you where to meet him. Once you arrive at the meeting point, there is a final cut scene with the contact, [[Ray Machowski]], who then opens up as a boss.
