Perestroika is a Russian owned cabaret club in the Broker district of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. It was owned by the late Mikhail Faustin. Niko can visit the club on a date or as an activity with a friend. The comedy acts there are much poorer in humor than those of Split Sides, though there are some interesting acts.
Acts
- The Incredible Kleinmen - a bad magician on the verge of suicide, who always verbally abuses his assistant Laurel, who is presumed to be his wife.
- Lucy St. John - Southern blues singer who sings about being abused as a child, having a sex change, and a variety of other personal problems.
- "Catch" - An ordinary juggler with varying, yet ordinary juggling acts.
- Dusty Cowpoke - A performance artist who jumps around miming the movements of a cowboy in a shootout. (He is the only act the audience will boo at.)
