Perestroika

Perestroika is a Russian owned cabaret club in the Broker district of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. It was owned by the late Mikhail Faustin. Niko can visit the club on a date or as an activity with a friend. The comedy acts there are much poorer in humor than those of Split Sides, though there are some interesting acts.

At night the club is guarded by two gangsters who search guests before they enter (except the player). Depending on how far in the game the player has got the guards will react in one of two ways. If the player hasn't completed The Master and the Molotov mission, the guards will welcome them. However after this mission is completed, the guards will warn you to stay away and then attack the player.

The Incredible Kleinman - a bad magician on the verge of suicide, who always verbally abuses his assistant Laurel, who is presumed to be his wife.
Bluesy St. John - Southern blues singer who sings about being abused as a child, having a sex change, and a variety of other personal problems.
"Catch" - An ordinary juggler with varying, yet ordinary juggling acts, like juggling knives and solid concrete blocks (in blue).
Dusty Cowpoke - A performance artist who jumps around miming the movements of a cowboy in a shootout. (He is the only act the audience will boo at.)
