Peter Marx (born April 17, 1958 in New York City, New York) is an American actor and voice actor who voiced Billy Dexter, the original host of Entertaining America on West Coast Talk Radio, in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He has also appeared in the television series Law & Order.
